On Wednesday 5 July, the investiture ceremony of Pedro Mercado Pacheco as Rector of the University of Granada was held in the "Crucero Bajo" space of the "Hospital Real" Building — the seat of the Rectorate of the University of Granada.
The ceremony involved the participation of the outgoing Rector of the University of Granada, Pilar Aranda Ramírez, and the University of Granada Secretary, María del Carmen García Garnica.
