As we state in this work, to the great prevalence of obesity in well-developed countries is begining to be added its presence in developing countries. So, the problern affects a high percentage of people that, frequently, try to lose their excessive body fat undergoing numerous treatments.
In many occasions they succeed in losing weigth. Less frequently, this loss has been steady and well-designed to reach a "healthy weigth". At last, in very few cases they succeed in stabilizing and mantaining the weigth after treatment. To face this last problem, we propose a conscientious analysis of the situation of every patient with an approach to cornplex and coordinated treatments, managed by a cross-disciplinary team. The treatment wiIl consist of nutritional treatment, psycological treatment and physical exercise.
