How to arrive
By plane: the airport of Granada is small but it has some international connections. The best way is to fly via Madrid or Barcelona because there are several flights every day from/to both cities.This would be the easiest way to come to Granada.
Another possibility is to come to Malaga airport, which is much bigger. Malaga is 135 km away from Granada, and the most convenient way to come from there is by bus. Every day there are a couple of buses coming to Granada directly from Malaga airport. But depending on your arrival time, you may need to take a taxi or a bus to the Malaga Bus Station. In both cases, you can book your tickets in advance in the website www.alsa.es.
By train: The train station in Granada is located not far from the Science Faculty, just 15 minutes walking. There are trains coming from Seville and Madrid, which are the possibilities that could be of interest for you. You can see the timetables and book your tickets at www.renfe.es.
By bus: The bus station in Granada is far from the center, and you may need to get a cab or a local bus when you arrive. There are buses coming from most of the cities in Spain: most of them come with the company Alsa (www.alsa.es).
Accommodation
Please book the hotel by yourself. Granada is one of the most visited Spanish cities and thus, it offers a great variety of hotels and prices. The workshop will be held in the Instituto de Matemáticas (IEMath) and you walk from almost places to the Instituto.
