The poster can be written in any Latin language, preferably those which are of the majority, although the use of English is allowed. In order to facilitate the dissemination of information it is recommended that some copies in reduced A4 size ("miniposter") and any additional information be placed next to the main poster for distribution.

The posters size should be 120 cm long x 90 cm wide (it corresponds to A0 size).

Authors must hang up the poster at the time and place scheduled for it (go to schedule from main menu ).The organization will provide the material for the placement of posters.

During the posters sessions (see schedule), at least one author must be available to provide additional information as required by visitors. The name of that author/s should be underlined in the poster.
