Pretende ser de utilidad para estudiantes e historiadoras del arte. Incluye bibliografías en alemán, francés, italiano, checoslovaco, sueco, español, holandés y ruso, y también en danés, finlandés y húngaro. Es una bibliografía de la historia de las mujeres que se ha recopilado con información de revistas sobre estudios de historia de las mujeres. Es una bibliografía corriente de artículos publicados en inglés, francés, alemán y holandés, seleccionados entre más de 80 revistas. Está compilado por el Instituto Internacional de Historia Social. Comienza en el año 1990, su página principal nos reenvía a las bibliografías con el mismo nombre pero de años anteriores. Nos ofrece la posibilidad de enlazar con otros lugares de interés dentro de la red; se divide en los siguientes grupos: nuevos enlaces, conferencias, fuentes para la historia de las mujeres, revistas, organizaciones, listas de discusión, fuentes generales para la historia, y estudios. Por suerte no se centra en la historia de las mujeres norteamericanas, es mucho más extensa. Es una de las direcciones más completas.

AfricaBib was created in 1999 as a way to disseminate information from two African studies databases as well as information on Africa from other sources. The databases have been created and maintained by Davis Bullwinkle, Director of the Institute for Economic Advancement Research Library in Little Rock, Arkansas. AfricaBib consists of the `African Women's Bibliographic Database', an English language database containing over 26,000 citations from 1986 to the present; the `Africana Periodical Literature Bibliographic Database', an English language database which indexes over 43,000 articles from over 360 English language and multi-lingual journals and periodicals that specialize in African Studies or consistently cover the African continent; and `Women Travellers, Explorers and Missionaries to Africa 1763-1999: A Comprehensive English Language Bibliography' containing over 1600 citations. It also includes coverage of issues relating to African politics including colonialism, African politcal history and security.

Ana Society for Feminist Analyses founded in 1990 Bucharest, Romania. It is "an independent non-governmental organisation committed to understanding and improving the status of women in Romania ; promoting research on the social position of women in contemporary Romanian society ; fostering the introduction of women's studies in university curricula." The website provides details of it library and documentation services. There is database access to their directory of ngos, a bibliographic database and AnA Lex, a legal database concerning the legal literacy of Romanian women. The centre also produces a journal Analize: journal of feminist study. This website is available in Romanian and English.

Democracy through partnership between men and women in politics. <http://www.ipu.org/iss-e/women.htm>
The Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), established in 1889, is the world organisation of parliaments of sovereign states. One area of IPU activity is outlined in the "Women in politics" web page that describes what the IPU is doing towards fostering democracy through gender partnership in politics. It lists reports and surveys published by the IPU on the subject of women in politics, some of which may be ordered online, and also focuses on the role and position of women in the IPU. Further links lead to a database containing bibliographic references to books and articles dealing with women in politics, a chronology of women's suffrage, information about women in national parliaments, and women politicians in the media. Some useful statistics are also included, such as current world and regional averages of the percentage of women in each National Parliament, and a table of 177 countries classified by descending order of the percentage of women in the lower or single House. The site is also available in French.

The Early Modern Women Database has been put together by the the arts and humanities librarians at the University of Maryland. It provides links to Web resources useful for the study of women in early modern Europe and the Americas. The database may be searched by keyword or browsed by subject, resource type, period, language or geographical region. Materials range from bibliographic databases to full-text resources, images, and sound recordings and have been selected for their scholarly content. Gender Inn is a database of over 5000 records about feminist theory, feminist literary criticism and gender studies from 1950 to the present. Search results are returned in German and English. Based at the University of Köln in Germany, this is a searchable database with access to more than 5000 bibliographic records on issues of feminist theory, feminist literary criticism and gender studies. The database covers monographs and essay collections - with journal articles being included only in special cases - and has both introductory texts and general resources. The focus is on British and American literature, and all records are indexed using a feminist thesaurus. Links to other searchable databases and metapages with information on women's and gender studies are provided. Available in English or German.

"The Gerritsen Collection of Women's History, 1543-1945, is possibly the greatest single source for the study of international women's history and the feminist movement." The collection was initiated by Dr. Aletta H. Jacobs (1854-1929) who was the first woman university student and woman doctor in the Netherlands, founder of the first birth control clinic in the world (1878), a leader in the Dutch and international women's suffrage movement for 50 years, and an ardent pacifist as well. This online bibliographic database is fee based with a free trial facility. The information is available in multiple languages.

This is a bibliographic reference database produced by the Women's History Collections at Gothenburg University Library, the Swedish National Resource Library for Women's, Men's and Gender Studies. KVINNSAM covers mainly humanities and social sciences and the number of references until 1998 are about 60 000, mainly in English. The database is distributed by LIBRIS Websearch and updated once a month. The references include books, journals, articles, chapters and research reports. In the searchable subject headings index the gender aspect is implicit. The website also provides general information about the Women's History Collections. Users should note that two interfaces are available to the database - one in Swedish and one in English.
