Neuromodulation

We use Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Transcranial Electrical Stimulation (tES) to explore the causal role of different brain regions in cognitive processes such as (but not exclusively) Attention and Consciousness.

In this line of research, we also explore the influence of white matter microstructure on neuromodulation effects, wherein we have demonstrated that individual differences in white matter properties modulate the effect of TMS.
