Booking and payment

To book IBERSIMS, just send an e-mail to ibersims@ugr.es telling us what you want to do. Then, we shall inform you about how to proceed and the duration and whole price of your session

Once defined the job and the price, users must send us their mineral concentrates, accompanied by a Letter of Guarantee acknowledging the price of the job. This letter must be signed by the Administrative Officer, or the Head of the Department, of the user.

Payments should be made by bank transfer within one month of the end of the job, following the instructions provided in the Letter of Guarantee, a template of which can be downloaded here
