This is a database created by the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport with information about the properties on the Register of Properties of Cultural Interest (Listed Buildings). Those searching for information about a particular property will obtain a basic information sheet identifying and describing the property and its current legal and administrative situation. Searches using the words “casa”, “vivienda” or “palacio” will return properties that may be of interest for those researching houses.

15TH CENTURY HOUSES: Toledo Histórico

This website offers important information about the topography of the parts of Toledo inhabited in the Middle Ages (houses, streets, neighbourhoods). Studies have been made about the development of mediaeval Toledo and its dynamics, the territory, town planning and the house, so as to restore the space of the mediaeval city. The website is the result of the joint efforts of historians, geographers, architects and archaeologists and aims to disseminate information about the mediaeval city, so as to guarantee its protection. In short it aims to create an exhaustive inventory of the architectural heritage of the city of Toledo as a fundamental tool for encouraging research on this subject.

This website contains data on all the houses in the Lecrín Valley (Granada) mentioned in the land registry organized by the Marqués de la Ensenada in the 18th century. It was produced as part of the excellence project GENARQ (Architecture in Andalusia from a gender perspective).
