Keynotes and oral presentations:

● Keynotes duration: about 30 minutes, followed by 10 minutes discussion

● Oral presentations duration: about 20 minutes, followed by 5 minutes discussion

● Supported software in the lecture room projectors: MS PowerPoint and Apple

   Keynote

● Speakers can connect their iPads or iPhones directly to the projection system

● It is however advisable to bring a copy of the presentation on a pendrive
