Abstract Submission

The STAMS2025 Commitees invite authors to submit abstracts for posters to be considered for inclusion in the program. Please note that once your abstract is accepted, you will need to register as a full delegate or student to present a poster at STAMS2025.


Submission guidelines

  • The abstract submission deadline for posters has been extended to March 10th, 2025.
  • The final decision to accept an abstract for posters will be made by the organizing committee.
  • All abstracts must be submitted using the online form available at the following link.
  • Authors will be notified by email that their abstract has been received. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and contact us at STAMS2025@ugr.es.


Content of abstracts

  • Title (maximum 150 characters).
  • Names of the authors.
  • Abstract (maximum 300 words).
  • Keywords (five)

Posters

  • The maximum size for physical posters is 90 cm wide x 110 cm high in vertical orientation and must be printed by the presenter.
  • The time for discussion of physical posters will coincide with the coffee breaks.
  • You may download the attached poster template file to create your poster. This is a suggestion, not an obligation.


Student poster award

  • The Student Poster Award is given to the best poster presentation.
  • The award was established to recognise the quality and thoroughness of the candidate's work and the significance and timeliness of the research results
